工作職責
Responsibilities: 1. Prepare tender analysis and arrange tender document submission 2. Provide effective directions to the team and lead the team for project management works 3. Liaise with team members, customers, designers, architects, contractors and related third parties on tender documents, payment application, variation order submission, and statutory submission 4. Attend site meetings, organize and prioritize work 5. Supervise interior fit-out projects from beginning to completion by meeting deadlines and standard qualities, costing and monitoring budget 6. Monitor project progress to identify delays, discrepancies, conflicts or other anomalies 7. Handle and analyze project challenges and able to implement the solution effectively 8. Ensure all projects are delivered in a timely manner, within scope and budget Requirements: 1. Minimum 3 years relevant experience of Site Supervision in fitting out works 2. Experience in managing between design, drawings, materials and fitting out works processing 3. Strong in budget and cost control management and tender documents 4. Able to work independently and under pressure 5. Good interpersonal, presentation and organization skills 6. Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) will be an advantage 7. Competent in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
