工作職責

Responsibilities: -To lead the team to achieve brand’s objectives and targets in terms of sales, profitability and service standard -Oversee the daily running of the store to ensure the store is operating properly -Formulate and implement strategies to maximize sales and profits -Establish and maintain the highest standard of store environment and customer service -Evaluate the manpower planning and allocation of shop operation -Provide good clienteling service and maintain a long-run relationship with customers Requirements: -5 years’ fashion retail experience -Meticulous, able to lead and drive sales performance -Good selling and clienteling mindset and skills -Strong leadership and people management skills -Good command of spoken English and Chinese
