Role & Responsibilities: Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant Provide superior service to the guests and act as the communicator between the kitchen, management and Service Ambassadors Provide recommendations to guests & upsell promotion items/menus Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and that tableware and silverware are correctly in place and clean Handle guests’ enquiries/complaints Identify areas of improvement and finding practical solutions Other Adhoc assistance as per requests Requirements: Diploma holder or above in the Hospitality industry or relevant disciplines Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience in restaurant operation, French Restaurant experience is a plus Self-motivated, responsible and have a real passion for food and beverage service Customer-oriented with strong leadership, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
