工作職責

Job Description 職責: - Prepare high-standard coffee, drinks and light food 負責調製咖啡、飲品及輕食 - Manage the inventory of coffee and beverage ingredients 管理咖啡和飲料材料庫存 - Provide coffee bar or floor service 提供咖啡水吧或樓面服務 - Greet guests in a professional manner and provide information about the beverage menu 處理顧客查詢，提供專業飲料資訊 - Maintains neatness and cleanliness of the utensils and environment 維持用具及環境整潔衛生 - Any other related duties or responsibilities assigned 執行其他分配的相關職責和任務 Requirement 要求: - 1-3 years proven related work experience, candidates with additional relevant experience may be considered for the senior positions 具1-3年相關工作經驗，經驗豐富者將獲優先考慮錄取為高級咖啡師 - Experienced in using semi-automatic coffee machines and making latte art techniques 懂得使用半自動咖啡機及拉花技巧 - Passionate about coffee, food & beverage and customer service 對咖啡／飲食／顧客服務有熱誠 - Knowledge in preparing drinks and light food 對製作飲品及輕食有基本知識 - With barista or coffee related certificates will be an advantage 持有咖啡調配師技巧證書者優先 - Customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills 樂於與客人溝通，良好的人際關係和溝通技巧 - Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin 流利英語、粵語聽說讀寫能力及良好普通話 - Outgoing, energetic, responsible and a team player 主動積極、有責任感、有團隊精神 Benefit Package 員工福利: - 6 Days Off Per Month 每月6日例假 - 8 -12 Annual Leave 8-12天年假 - Tips / Discretionary Bonus 餐廳貼士/ 酌情花紅 - Duty Meal 員工膳食 - Career Advancement 良好晉升機會 - On Job Training 在職培訓
