Job Highlights Minimum 3 years related working experience in serving senior executives and handling personal matters Fresh graduate will be considered as well Job Description Personal assistant Secretarial and administrative support Immediate available or short notice period is preferable Responsibilities: Provide full range of secretarial and administrative support Handle correspondence, confidential information, incoming calls, mails and other personal matters Arrange meetings and take meeting notes when assigned Assist in handling travel arrangement (air ticket, hotel and daily itinerary planning) Assist in handling personal, family and household affairs Perform other administrative tasks as needed Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin Proficient in MS Office, Chinese Word Processing and online research Strong organizational and time management skill Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skill Detail-minded, independent, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline We offer a competitive compensation package and attractive fringe benefits commensurate with qualifications and experience.
