Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to expand our client base for office recycling and product disposal recycling services. You’ll connect with businesses, showcase the value of our hassle-free recycling solutions, and help them achieve their sustainability goals—all while growing with a dynamic, mission-driven team. Key Responsibilities • Identify and reach out to potential clients (e.g., office managers, facility heads, sustainability officers) through cold calls, emails, and networking. • Pitch The Loops’ unique recycling services, highlighting benefits like no sorting, comprehensive waste coverage, and ESG reporting. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure long-term partnerships. • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for new client sign-ups. • Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and provide feedback from the field. • Stay informed about Hong Kong’s sustainability trends and client needs. Requirements • 1–3 years of sales experience (B2B preferred; waste management or sustainability experience is a plus). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Cantonese and English fluency required; Mandarin is an advantage). • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently. • Passion for sustainability and making a positive environmental impact. • Basic proficiency in CRM tools or Microsoft Office.
