WILLS JEWELLERY an O2O luxurious fine jewellery brand located in Hong Kong providing one-stop bespoke services to our customers. We aim to provide one to one professional customer service allowing customer to model their own unique masterpiece. Job highlight - 5 Days Work - 5mins walk from Central Station - Year end bonus - Extra compensation leave Job Duties - Support sales activities in Retail Jewellery - Liaise with workshop to monitor the production process - Follow-up customer orders and update the production system whenever necessary - Preparing quotations according to customer requirement - Arrange shipment for jewellery delivery - Update products info in website - Data entry of purchasing memo and invoice Job requirement You are required to have F.5 or above education level with 3-5 years experience in sales co-ordination, preferable with jewellery industry. Candidate with knowledge in gemstone grading is highly preferred. Writing and typing skill in Chinese is a must.
