工作職責
Key Responsibilities Responsible for providing administrative support including data entry, document filing, material ordering, goods receipt arrangement, maintain stock record, follow-up daily work, Issue customer invoice and report preparation. Maintain administrative, reports & files, to ensure data and records are in an effective, up-to-date and accurate Handle ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor Job Requirements DSE or above with at least 1-2 years' administrative experience Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) Proficiency in using MS Office and Chinese typing is essential High accuracy, independent, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and able to work under pressure Ability to be a team player with various department Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively Immediate available is an advantage
