JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for an energetic individual to join our new restaurant team in Central, while providing an opportunity to grow his/her knowledge of the world of wines and hospitality. Tasks include: Providing welcoming and high quality service to guests in a professional manner Getting the bar ready for service according to company standards Understanding and remembering contents of the food and drink menu, and provide recommendations to guests when required Serving guests in a timely and friendly manner Maintaining cleanliness of the bar and floor area Closing the bar and restaurant at end of day Being passionate and curious at all time!
