工作職責
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and contract preparation. • Explore and develop innovative/new sourcing channels to enhance brand awareness and attract diverse pools of candidates. • Support talent related initiatives - campus recruitment. • Develop relationships and collaborate with hiring team members to ensure the effective sourcing and retention of talent. • Support in developing and reviewing recruitment procedures to ensure HR compliance and effectiveness in line with corporate objectives and goals. • Prepare regular reports, presentations and data on talent needs, acquisitions, and hiring performance. • Keep accurate hiring records to improve recruitment KPI and analysis.
