工作職責
Commencement: Mid Nov Duties (a) To provide reception services at the front desk, including taking and transferring phone calls, receiving and dispatching documents, and greeting visitors; (b) To perform normal delivery work, including sorting, receipt and outdoor delivery of documents; (c) To manage the conference room booking system and relevant arrangements; (d) To handle general office duties, including invoices photocopying, filing, binding, and mailing of documents; (e) To manage inventory in the pantry, and other offices consumables/supplies such as stationery, and place orders when necessary; (f) To handle other administrative duties as assigned.
