Discover Gym Town Fitness, a luxurious Mars-themed paradise of fitness located in the heart of Central. Feel like you're on a new planet, Mars, fueled by explosive power, at our 8,000 sq. ft. facility designed for fitness enthusiasts. What you'll be doing - Greet and welcome all customers and visitors to our dance studios in a warm and friendly manner - Respond to incoming phone calls, emails, messages and enquiries promptly and professionally - Responsible for sales and introducing of products to customers - Provide administrative support, including class bookings, payment handling, and studio arrangement - Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized reception area - Assist with the coordination of events and performances What we're looking for - Experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably within the service industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner - Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail - Efficient in deliberating and conveying class information to client - Able to drive and promote sales to clients - Good Comand in both English and Cantonese (speaking, reading & writing), with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers and in teams.
