Job Highlights - 2-3 years relevant working experience - Good command of written & spoken English, Chinese - Interested in F&B design, operation and marketing Job Descriptions - Conduct market research, assist in planning, organizing and implementation of marketing initiatives for the restaurants and catering events - Conduct social media planning, promotions, events, public relations and advertising for the outlets - Liaise with media and assist in interviews, photo-shooting and public relations follow-up - Liaise with in-house graphic designers for promotion materials, menus, posters and other marketing materials - Design and implement necessary analysis and event evaluations to measure and optimize business partnerships / brands crossover - Coordinate catering events and private diners - Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements - Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Digital Marketing/ Advertising and/ or related disciplines - 2-3 years relevant working experience in marketing or advertising agency, especially in the F&B industry - Willing to learn and capable of multi-tasking and with tight timeline and schedule - Motivated team player, attentive to details, and also able to work independently - Creative, analytical, organized with good communication and presentation skills - Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese - Immediately available preferred
