工作職責
The role of Personal Assistant to a District Director includes several key responsibilities: 1. **Schedule Management**: - **Responsibility**: Managing and organizing the District Director's schedule to ensure meetings, appointments, and events do not conflict. Coordinating with different departments to confirm meeting times and locations, and reminding the District Director of upcoming commitments. 2. **Communication Coordination**: - **Responsibility**: Acting as a liaison between the District Director and other staff members, as well as external partners, handling various incoming emails and phone calls. 3. **Administrative Support**: - **Responsibility**: Assisting with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, taking meeting minutes, and managing documentation. Creating presentation materials for meetings and ensuring all relevant documents are organized and accessible. 4. **Project Management**: - **Responsibility**: Supporting the District Director in managing ongoing projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met. Maintaining project timelines and following up with team members on their tasks to ensure everything stays on track. 5. **Travel Arrangements**: - **Responsibility**: Organizing travel plans for the District Director, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. 6. **Confidentiality and Discretion**: - **Responsibility**: Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Requirements: 1. Bachelor Degree or above 2. At least 2 years of related experience with Hong Kong working qualifications 3. Customer relationship experience preferred 4. Fluent Chinese and English communication 5. Strong problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected situations and find efficient solutions 6. Good interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with team members and external partners
