工作職責
Job duties : • Handle customer inquiries, quotation, follow up sales order • Provide and maintain quality services to customers by promptly answering enquiries, giving correct advice and assistance to them • Handle house booking enquiries and reservations with excellent customer services manner • Establish and maintain good relationship with customers • Provide administrative and clerical supports • Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required • Requirement : • Diploma graduates or above. • At least 1-2 years working experience in CS/ marketing is preferred. • Good telephone and communication skill • Good command of both spoken & written Cantonese and English. • Sound knowledge of PC such as ERP system, PowerPoint, Excel and MS Word etc. • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
