On-Line Shop Manager

工作職責

Fully accountable for development and operation of company’s on-line shop including: 1. Day-to-day management of on-line orders, despatch, customer inquiries and complaints 2. Store and inventory management 3. Development and expansion of supply sources 4. Uploading and updating product list in on-line platforms. 5. Analysis of on-line sales performance and implementation of promotional programs 6. Other related ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements:  Diploma or Degree holders  1 - 2 years relevant experience in B2C on-line platforms  Good command of PC software including Microsoft Office and word processing  Good business and analytical sense, independent and self-motivated  Familiarity with Pet Products an advantage.
