工作職責

Role & Responsibilities: -Ensure and provide professional guest arrival experience -Coordinate and manage communication between guests, chefs and restaurant managers on food & beverage arrangements -Obtain guest dining, seating or any other preferences to provide personalized service, and establish long term relationships with customers -Capture sales from in-coming enquires and coordinate details of each reservation and event -Analyze customer feedback and provide strategic direction to improve guest experience continuously Requirements: -At least 2 years of solid customer relation/reservation/reception work experience in the F&B or hospitality industry -Service-oriented, creative, energetic and well groomed Strong sense of responsibility and professional presentation -Proficient in Cantonese, English and Putonghua Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer - Guest Relation / Senior Hostess / Senior Host
