We take pride in our commitment to excellence and our dedicated team. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated individual to join us as an Administrative Support Specialist. This role is vital for ensuring smooth operations and enhancing our sales efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Update and maintain sales progress in our CRM system, - ensuring timely updates. - Track sales opportunities and follow up as necessary. - Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documents. - Accurately enter and manage accounting data. - Assist with general office administration and clerical tasks. Qualifications: - High school diploma with a strong command of English (both written and verbal). - Proficient in word processing in Chinese and English. - Able to communicate verbally in a professional work environment in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. - Previous relevant experience in administrative or sales support roles is preferred. - High level of responsibility and reliability. - Strong attention to detail. - Ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
