We are seeking a highly experienced IT Service Manager to join our team. The IT Service Manager will be responsible for managing IT services delivery, including project management, services delivery management, and vendor management. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT service management and project management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: Manage IT services delivery, including project management, services delivery management, and vendor management Develop and maintain IT service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to align services with business objectives Manage the implementation of IT projects, including defining project scope, timelines, and budgets Oversee the delivery of IT services, including incident management, change management, and problem management Ensure that IT services meet or exceed customer expectations and industry best practices Lead the evaluation and selection of IT vendors and service providers Develop and maintain IT service management policies, procedures, and standards Stay current with industry trends and advancements in IT service management and project management Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field At least 6 years of experience in IT service management, project management, and services delivery management Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or Prince2 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with IT vendor and service provider management Certifications in IT service management and project management, such as ITIL, PMP, or PRINCE2, are a plus
