Company size: 200staff, 5 days works, Banking Holiday, Kwai Chung Japan Forwarder We offer 14 days Annual Leave, Medical and Life Insurance, Overtime Allowance, Guarantee Double Pay Responsibilities: • Assist in providing HR services • Assist in reviewing policies and procedures to align with the corporate guideline • Handle immigration application for Japanese expatriate • Manage agreements/contracts and providers for services including leasing, suppliers, office supplies etc. • Manage daily office administrative functions • Organize staff activities/events • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned by the management Requirements: • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines • At least 3 years relevant experience • Good command of spoken and written Chinese, English & Japanese • Independent, self-motivated, problem solving with good communication skills
