工作職責
Responsibilities: • Provide the highest level of customer service to guests. Extend a warm welcome to guests on arrival, greet and escort guests to their tables and be attentive to their needs. • Understand customers’ needs and provide information or personalized solutions, working closely with the Reception team. • Actively listen to and resolve guests’ complaints, analyze customer feedback and continuously improve guest experience and the restaurant’s overall rating. • Develop new sources of client and to provide a strategic direction to build customer loyalty and enhance the high-end brand image of Madame Fu. • Assist with events coordination and liaison with the floor team and other departments to ensure the success of events. • Write marketing and PR messages for release to the media on Madame Fu’s cuisines, delicacies and special promotions • Follow up with media contacts to secure editorial, arrange interviews, media tastings for journalists and bloggers • Assist in developing strategies to maintain the high end image of the Madame Fu brand • Preform marketing and sales activities as directed • Ad hoc tasks as required Requirements: • Certificate or Diploma holder in hospitality, tourism or related disciplines is preferred. • At least 2 year of professional experience in F&B or the hospitality industry • Multilanguage skills are an asset • Confidence in communicating with international customers. • Have a passion in serving customers • Independent, self-motivated and detail- minded • Shift duty is required • Excellent interpersonal skills with fashion sense and a pleasant personality Please send your resume with present and expected salary with photo to HR Manager
