工作職責
Responsibilities: • Support office administrative works and database management • Handle donation forms including data entry and filing • Perform outbound calls, such as welcome calls and donation follow-up • Assist in delivering donor related communications materials e.g. welcome pack, donation receipts and activity invites • Provide administrative support to frontline donor recruitment e.g. venue booking and logistic arrangement • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: • Associate degree/Diploma • At least 1 year’s working experience, preferably in customer service or administration • Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) • Proficient in MS Office applications • Self-motivated, a team player and detail-minded • Occasionally work on weekends and public holidays is required • Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision is highly desirable.
