Full Time Intimate Consultant (Sales Associate)

工作職責

Job Highlights -2 years+ of sales & retail operation experience -Basic salary with commission -Store operations and management -Alternative Sat/Sun off -8 working hours with Five-day work week,10 days AL Responsibilities -Responsible for day-to-day operations of the store and ensure the achievement of sales targets, KPIs and operation efficiency -Manage and monitor the in-store visual merchandising, inventory, assets and cost control -Assist in the development and implementations for marketing strategies and promotion plans to achieve business and marketing goals -Liaise with the sales team, develop and implement sales and marketing plans. -Responsible for all design related tasks and graphic design & production. -Responsible for a wide range of graphic artworks such as leaflet, catalog, poster, banner, promotion video and all related marketing materials. -Assist in the management of our brands pages/accounts on different social media platforms, including Facebook, Web page, Instagram and Company Website. -Be interested in lifestyle trends and products -Work closely with different internal department and pursue timely and effective communication -Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned 具備條件: -年滿18 歲,具2年或以上產品銷售經驗者優先 -能用英文和廣東話跟客人介紹產品,懂普通話更好 -思想正面、有責任感、服務態度友善、性格開朗 -具團隊精神,能與團隊共同到達公司指標 -豐富幽默感,能發放正能量,樣子可人,說話清晰 -對銷售情趣用品有熱誠、主動積極、具良好溝通技巧 -性格開朗、積極、細心,對提供顧客服務有熱誠,有責任感及團隊精神 -對情趣用品行業有濃厚興趣、熟悉PS或AI及剪片操作 -對推行「健康性生活」充滿熱誠 -品牌管理,製作銷售方案 -包括於公司網頁和各Social Media的內容更新,編寫,宣傳推廣及客人互動等 -可於即時上班優先考慮
