- 為酒店的客人提供入住及退房服務 - 保持準確和最新的前臺資訊和統計資料,並確保前臺服務運作暢順 - 確保客人的滿意度 Responsibilities : - To support and assist all aspects of front desk operations - To provide courteous and professional service for all guests Requirements : - DSE or equivalent / Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines is preferred - 1 year relevant experience in guest services or front desk, with more experience will be considered as Senior Front Desk Service Associate - Excellent interpersonal and custom-oriented Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua) As a family-friendly employer, we offer attractive remuneration package and fringe benefits to the right candidates.
