工作職責

環境衛生安全專員 環境衛生安全專員承擔食品安全綜合協調職責，負責食品安全風險評估，配合營運部門落實 衛生安全制度，消除隱患，杜絕衛生、安全事件的發生，確保衛生、安全的食品供應,維護客戶及公司員工的人身及財產安全。 Health & Safety Manager is responsible for comprehensive coordination of food safety, food safety risk assessment, and cooperate with the operation department to implement the health and safety systems, eliminate hidden dangers, prevent the occurrence of health and safety incidents, ensure the supply of hygienic and safe food, and safeguard the personal and property safety of customers and company employees. On-site role, requires teamwork, and good communications, and responsible working.
