工作職責

The Department Our Property Department commits to provide integrated, customer-centric, sustainable and cost effective asset management, development management, project management and facilities management services to the key Business Units in the Club. The Job You will: • Operate the car park system and control the entrance/ exit point • Direct traffic and instruct car park users to the appropriate parking location • Patrol the car park and report irregular matters (include malfunction of equipment and facilities defects) • Handle customer enquiries and report to the supervisor • Handle customer complaints and requests promptly and efficiently and report the case to daily log • Set up traffic signs/ cones/ instructions to meet the operational needs • Collect and consolidate parking data • Carry out administration and clerical duties • Perform shift duties on irregular patterns of hours (06:30 – 15:30 / 15:30 – 00:30) and race meetings • Carry out any other duties as may be assigned by immediate supervisor or senior About You You should have: • Form 5 / HKDSE graduated or above • At least 2 years relevant work experience, preferably gained in property management • Pro-active and customer oriented with good interpersonal skills and good communication skills • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese • Hands-on experience of MS Office applications • Possession of valid HKSAR Driving Licence (code 1, 2) will be an advantage Terms of employment The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
