工作職責

Responsibilities: - Supervise and monitor daily repair and maintenance works - Operate engineering plants and machinery to ensure they are running in good condition - Supervise and provide training to technicians to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the department - Handle guests’ requests and/ or complaints on engineering aspects and carry out immediate effective and reasonable solutions - Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by the management - To provide emergency support for all facilities and engineering equipment in the hotel - Communicate and liaise with other departments and counterparts to facilitate engineering works/ projects in all aspects
