工作位置︰M+博物館 餐廳由榮獲首爾米芝蓮三星的行政總廚Sung Anh及主廚Jeong Jinhwan (Bruno)掌舵,巧妙運用時令食材,並注入當代料理巧思,重塑韓式精緻佳餚,創造出獨一無二的餐飲體驗。餐廳坐擁M+天台花園的優美地利,能夠盡覽香港天際線,以至九龍璀璨城景亦盡在食客眼前。 Responsibilities: Prepare fine style food by following instruction given by Head Chef Ensure the highest standards of product quality to meet or exceed customers’ expectations; Ensure the highest standards of established hygiene & safety regulation be maintained at all times.
