工作職責
Responsible for providing quality customer services to our premium members and shoppers. Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints, participate in various exhibitions, events and other promotional activities as well as to provide other complimentary services at the mall. Support the loyalty programme operation, handle the membership related matters, manage the VIP concierge areas in organised ways. Responsible for its inventory control and stock replenishment.
