Customer Services/ Account Service Executive (Fresh Graduates welcome)

工作職責

Duties: - Act as a focal point to clients and coordinate with internal teams for projects; - Monitor project schedule and scope of work to meet client’s objectives and timeline; - Take ownership of client’s issues and provide professional solutions; - Take up ad-hoc duties when required. Requirements: - Higher Diploma in any disciplines; - 3 year experience in account servicing/ customer service or relevant experience is preferred; - Experience gained from financial printing industry is preferred; - Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; - Proficient in Microsoft Office; - Good customer service mindset, strong communication and problem solving skills; - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet pressing timelines; - 5-day work week, shift duties required (including overnight, weekend and public holidays), with shift allowance and overtime pay; - Fresh Graduates, Hospitality, and Aviation Candidates welcome; - Candidate with more relevant experience will be considered as Senior Account Service Executive.
