工作職責
Duties: • Perform general customer service functions such as greeting visitors, handling phone calls and making appointments; • Provide general administrative support including but not limited to document preparation, data input as well as handling e-mails; • Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned Requirements: • Diploma or above; • At least three-year relevant work experience in customer service; • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin; • Solid knowledge in Excel and Outlook; • The ability to work independently with excellent organizational and managerial skills; • A third dose of COVID-19 vaccine; • An application for Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) after the recruitment Working Hour: • Work 5-6 days a week (with alternate Saturdays); • Work 9 hours a day Salary: • HKD $18,000-20,000 per month with commission; • End of year payment; • 14 days annual leave
