工作職責
Key Responsibilities: • Deliver superior guest service through efficient and professional handling of inquiries and complaints via telephone, email, and in-person interactions. • Manage guest reservations and accounts with meticulous accuracy, ensuring data integrity and compliance with established procedures. • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across various departments to resolve guest issues and enhance the overall guest experience. • Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold the highest standards of customer service at all times. Qualifications: • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the hospitality industry. • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable. • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues with diplomacy and efficiency. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
