Customer Service Sales Representative 跟單銷售代表

工作職責

Role Responsibility: * Handle inbound prospective customer enquiries (through phone, emails or Web-shop) by providing best product solutions proposal, quotation and information for New Customer recruitment * Optimize business opportunities with existing or prospective customers by making outbound calls through providing more and better offerings and solutions * Maintain and foster strong rapport with existing customers and review customer performance and service levels on a daily basis. Work closely with field sales representative to maximize business opportunities. * Gather market and customer information for continuous improvement *與銷售代表緊密合作; *寫字樓工作, 處理及跟進商業客戶有關報價及訂單的來電及電郵/Web-shop查詢 *聯絡及跟進客戶，與客戶保持良好關係及了解客戶所需 *致電現有商業客戶以擴展產品訂購類別; 與銷售代表緊密合作 The Ideal Candidate: * DSE graduated or above * Minimum 1 year of sales experience * Sales driven and customer service oriented * Positive, proactive and good communication skill * Basic knowledge in Microsoft applications in Excel, Word, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing * Fair in both spoken and written English and proficient in Cantonese
