Customer Service Officer - Kowloon Tong Campus【$17,000 up !】 Working Time: 09:00 - 18:00, 5.5-day work Salary: $17,000-20800,(base on working experience) with discretionary bonus Responsibilities: Handle customer visits, enquiries, bookings and complaints to ensure that all customers are well served in a timely, courteous and professional manner; Perform logistics, reporting, administrative and clerical support duties; Perform data input, reporting and provide clerical support; Comply with all services requirements as well as guidelines and operating procedures; and Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of School or his/her delegates. Requirement: Degree/Diploma holders with 1-2 years' experience in customer services; Strong communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and can work as a team; Able to work independently and interested in communicating with people; Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; Knowledge of MS Windows application, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
