工作職責
Responsibilities: 1. Handle Customer Service hotline and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner 2. Assist in collecting, handling and following up on customer feedback with related parties 3. Provide clerical and administration support to the team 4. Assist ad-hoc duties / projects when required Requirements: - Higher Diploma or above in related disciplines - Around 2-3 years relevant experience in Customer Service - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Self-motivated, patient and positive - Able to work independently and under pressure - PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing - Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (including Mandarin) - Mainly stay at Mong Kok Branch, but you may be required to work in other branches if necessary. - Immediately available is preferable Interested candidate, please click Apply Now to send full resume with the date of availability and expected salary.
