工作職責
Handle customer enquiries and venue booking requests. Monitor and record keeping of class enrollments, confirmation and cancellation. Simple accounting and book keeping. Scanning and filing of documents. Day-to-day office administration work, e.g. order office supplies and handle delivery logistics. Liaise with different service providers (管理處、清潔、水電、維修、IT). Requirements: Prefer candidates with university degree in business. Able to work individually with minimal supervision, and complete the tasks without much guidance. Detail-oriented. Min. of 2 years of customer services / office admin experience. Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
