職務 為顧客提供優質的客戶熱線服務，解答電話查詢 操作電腦，處理客戶查詢及輸入有關客戶查詢的資料 職位要求 中五或香港中學文憑考試以上程度 具備1年或以上有關客戶服務經驗 能操流利廣東話及英語 具備良好中文或英文書寫能力 懂基本電腦操作，包括中英文打字 態度誠懇親切，以客為先，有責任感
