Job Duties:  Handle customers' enquiries professionally in a timely manner  Maintain good customer relationship and promote company's service  Manage appointment booking  Handle other duties as assigned by Supervisor Requirement:  Strong communication and interpersonal skills  Fluent in written and spoken Chinese, good in English  Able to work under pressure  Have genuine love and compassion for animals  Compassionate, patient and caring  Self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team  Experience is an asset but not essential We Offer  Salary is commensurate with experience started from 11k  Performance bonus after probation  Fully CPD support to the right candidate
