Responsibilities: Coaches, counsels and disciplines team members providing constructive feedback to enhance performance of 3 serviced apartments Maintain complete knowledge at all times of: All hotel features/facilities/services, hours of operation. Room availability status for any given day. All room types, numbers, layout, decor, appointments and location. Daily house counts and expected arrivals/departures/VIP’s. Handle guest complaints and emergency situations in a courteous and professional manner and report to management All hotel and departmental policies and procedures/ LQA Standards. Monitor check-in/check-out process; anticipate critical situations and assist wherever necessary to help alleviate the pressure and to process guests efficiently. Maintain positive guest relations at all times. Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and at whatever time of day. Uphold the highest standards of security and safety for guests and colleagues Requirements: at least 3 years experience as Duty Manager, preferably gained from hospitality or related service industry Proficiency in using PMS Opera and other relevant software applications Excellent command of spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua. Additional language skills would be an advantage. Good training skills and communications skills Successful applicants will be employed directly by the Serviced Apartment Brand
