Role & Responsibilities: Responsible for food preparation, cooking and general duties as directed by Sous Chef/ Chef de Cuisine Maintain high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety Ensure kitchen area and workstation are clean, tidy and hygienic Ensure food quality, portion size, and presentations meet standards Work on irregular hours when necessary Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s) from time to time Requirement: Minimum of one year of working experience in French food preparation Team player with a positive attitude Fast learner and eagerness to progress career Good time management skill and willingness to work flexible shifts and hours Benefits: 2 day off per week 13-18 days Annual Leave Discretionary Bonus Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Personal Accident Insurance Life Insurance Duty Meal Marriage Leave, Birthday Leave, Family Care Leave, Compassionate Leave and COVID-19 Vaccination Leave **Immediately available or short notice candidate is definitely an advantage**
