工作職責
Responsibilities: Responsible for food preparation, cooking and general duties in kitchen. 負責廚房的食物準備、烹飪和一般工作。 Ensure food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen. 確保廚房的食品安全和衛生標準 A team player with positive attitude and proactive. 有團隊精神,具正面及積極態度 Requirements: Higher Diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate. 高級文憑或同等職業培訓證書。 A minimum of 1 year experience in specialized area in western catering operations, preferably in hotel industry. 具 1年或以上西餐經驗,有酒店經驗更佳 Benefits: 12 Days Annual Leave per year. 8Days off per month.
