工作職責
Highlights •Clinic Assistant/Reception/Admin/ Customer Service •Fresh graduates are also welcome Responsibilities: • Daily clinic operation • Provide high standard customer service and hospitality to clients • Assist physiotherapists and Rehab therapist to deliver consultations and services • Duty and roster arrangement and book marking • Set up and prepare equipment to ensure clean, tidy and hygienic environment Requirements: • At least 1-2years experience in Airline /Healthcare/Hospitality / Customer service is an advantage • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must • Good people relation with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skill • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing • Pleasant, well organized, customer-oriented and willing to learn • Possess Positive, can-do attitude • The ability to prioritize and multi-task; • Willing to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction; • Excellent communication skills; • Friendly and professional phone and email manner; • Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule
