工作職責
What will you do? - Perform receptionist duties, including handling incoming/ outgoing phone call and mail, etc. - Handle general clerical works, including data input, filing, etc. - Provide administrative support to the management team - Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the management team Do you have a right profile? - F.5 or above with at least 1 year of relevant experience - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Good command of both Chinese and English, spoken -Mandarin is an advantage - Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing - Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility What do we offer? - Monthly Salary: Basic Salary + Traffic Allowance - Great promotion ladder - Referral reward - Medical benefit - Paid marriage leave, birthday leave, well-being leave and annual leave - Education subsidy - Children scholarship - Company trip How to apply?
