Your daily duties: Check and sort billing information Generate invoices Handling client's inquiries Other clerical duties as assigned How to join the OCSHK family: HKDSE graduate or above At least 1-2 years of clerical experience, preferably in the Billing area. Interested in air-freight logistics industry Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Proficiency in MS applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Chinese word processing Kind and polite, willing to take up the responsibility Fresh graduates with higher-diploma/associate degree are welcome. Immediate available is highly appreciated. Your daily schedule: 5 days work week, from Monday to Friday: 9 am to 6 pm The benefit that you will be entitled to: Maximum 17 days of annual leave 6 days of full pay sick leave every year OT pay allowance Medical insurance Bank holiday Discretionary bonus Remuneration and benefits will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
