Assistant System Support Officer (office location: 大埔三門仔廠房; 5.5 days work per week))

工作職責

Responsibilities: - Manage and support ordering and dispatching system to maintain a smooth work flow for logistics arrangement - Assist in handling customer enquiries - Conduct data analysis and prepare reports - Provide operational support and perform ad hoc tasks as necessary Requirements: - Degree holder of any disciplines - 2 years' relevant experience with 1 year's IT experience is preferred - Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese - Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word processing - Able to work under pressure and work in a team - Proactive, hardworking, helpful and willing to learn - Immediate availability is preferred
