Familiarity with inventory management systems and Chinese language skills are preferred. On-the-job training will be provided as needed. Job Responsibilities: * Oversee order fulfillment operations for the online shop, including packing customer orders and including any handwritten messages. * Coordinate and arrange all deliveries, including interfacing with delivery company systems to input necessary information. * Manage inventory and restocking of shelves, ensuring accurate system documentation of restocked items. * Provide excellent customer service, greeting and assisting in-person customers as well as handling WhatsApp and telephone inquiries. * Research and place orders for new products to stock the store. * Order necessary packaging materials, requiring Chinese language capabilities. * Create new product webpages and update information on existing products, utilizing provided training. * Maintain a clean and organized store and work environment.
