Responsibilities : - Accompany with Cost Manager to represent the Company in tender Interviews ; - Liaise with Clients, Sub-contractors, consultants, designers and team members about construction details and all site matters to achieve high quality standard and effectiveness ; - To solve any problems may encounter throughout the whole project period ; - To accomplish projects within budget and deadline ; - Ensuring the materials, project details and workflow are complied with QA / Safety / Environment Policy as well as Condition of Contract Requirements : Form 5 graduated or above ; - Positive Minded, Self-Motivated, Detail-oriented and Hardworking is MUST ; - Good Communication Skill (Speaking and Writing) with Cantonese, Mandarin and English - Certificate from Diploma / Higher Diploma - 3-5yrs Interior Fit-out Management Experience is Must ; - Experience in Luxury Retail Project and Facade Project are Preferred ; - Travelling and Periodically stay oversea or mainland china ; Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD ; - Construction Site Work is needed ; Obtain Construction Industry Safety Card (Green Card) ; Immediately available will be an Advantage Benefit : - Discretionary performance bonus ; - 10 days paid Annual Leave - Birthday leave (once a year) - Compassionate leave ; Maternity leave ; Paternity leave - MPF We offer a 5-day work week, competitive salary, discretionary performance bonus, annual leave, birthday leave, compassionate leave, maternity leave, paternity leave.
