工作職責
Responsibilities: Handle company secretarial documentation and maintain filing of statutory records and update database Provide administrative and clerical support to the Company Secretarial Department Handle incoming correspondence and phone calls Perform general administrative duties such as procurement of office supplies and maintenance of office equipment Other job duties will be assigned from time to time Requirements: Degree holder with at least 2 years of relevant work experience Responsible, detail-minded, well organized and be a good team player Good interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Chinese Word Processing Fresh graduate will also be considered We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
