Job Description: •Supervise company finances, including bookkeeping, operation expense management, invoicing process, accounts receivable/payable management, payroll process, etc. •In charge of company secretary including preparation and filing of annual returns, assist board meeting preparation and other necessary activity in compliance with HK Company Ordinance. •Co-ordinate and liaise with business partners including company secretary agency, HR service agency, legal firm, accounting firms, Auditor and distributor, etc. •Overseeing daily business operations to ensure efficient functioning. •Collaborating on and facilitating annual audit preparations and processes. •Analyse new government policies to enhance business growth strategies. •Assist in Trade promotion/trade affairs and Marketing event logistics and execution. •Assist in office affairs and corporate activities. •Assist in other ad-hoc projects when necessary. Requirement and Skills: •5+ years relevant experience as office administrative role is essential, ability of bookkeeping experience is an advantage. •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is an advantage. •Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. •Work independently and problem-solving skill is needed. •Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills. •Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task with great follow-up skill. •Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus. •Experience on Caymen/BVI company setup and management preferred. •Immediately available is a plus.
