Assistant Building Officer (Commercial Building)

工作職責

Responsibilities: Reporting to the Property Manager, the incumbent will assist in the overall property management work of the building assigned -To monitor and ensure that the security contractor and cleaning contractor are performing as contract stipulated -To handle complaints and follow up to satisfaction -To prepare duty roster for Building Attendants -To handle emergency occurrence such as fire hazard, burglary etc Requirements: -Higher Diploma, Associate Degree or above -1 years’ working experience in property management is preferable -Good computer knowledge in MS Office including Chinese Word Processing -Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese -Good skill in communication and be able to work with people at all levels -Candidate with less experience will be considered as Building Officer Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
